Profile Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, and highly organized Office Manager to join us in a part time position.
This role is front-facing and dynamic, combining office management and calendar coordination, and requires excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The person in this role will be the go-to person for day-to-day office needs and a key support figure, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, while delivering an outstanding employee and guest experience.
Reporting To: Head of HR
Location: Rosh HaAyin, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 08:00-17:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at the office reception, welcoming employees, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Improve office processes and employee experience
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Act as the go-to person for office-related needs, questions, and ad-hoc requests.
- Vendor/supplier management
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Support managers and employees with administrative coordination as needed.
- Identify issues, think creatively, and find practical solutions independently.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendars, meetings, and appointments, ensuring accuracy and smooth scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office tools and systems (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
